Refund policy
Because every item in our store is made to order and printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind.
We strongly encourage all customers to double check that your shipping address is USPS verified before completing your order. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at NYourFaceDesigns@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. Defective or misprinted items will be replaced at no charge in accordance with our fulfillment partner's policy.
